Our Capabilities

Tower Build crews – comprising of 4 Certified Competent Climbers and Riggers on each crew. These crews perform Structural Modifications, as well as all Tower work – including New Site Builds; Carrier add on and L&A upgrades

Civil Crews – these are 3-man crews with one Electrician for power plant work
Tiger Teams – these are 2-man crews capable of Tower mapping, TIA inspections, Maintenance work.
Integration teams
All Crews are knowledgeable in both Nokia and Ericsson equipment
NCT is certified vendor for Crown Castle, American Tower and SBA
Crews are knowledgeable and experienced in Tower lighting and re-lamping. They are experienced in Dialight; TWR ; Flash Technology
